Front Brace:
Congrats on your purchase of the MQB-A0-IN front subframe brace. It's metulpisly designed, rigorously tested and manufactured in India. It will help you improve the steering feedback, steering responsiveness, and front end stability, all without compromising ride quality, comfort or NVH.
It also comes supplied with a stiffener designed to further enhance the stiffness of the brace so that you can tune it to your personal preference!
Package Contents:
- 2x Brackets
- 2x steel round spacers
- 1x anodized brace
- 1x steel stiffener plate
- 8x M4 countersunk bolts(4 for each bracket)
- 4x M6 Round allen Bolts (for stiffener)
Instructions:
- Add a small drop of threadlocker compound to the threads of Countersunk M4 bolts.
- Install the brackets (and included stiffener if desired) on the bar. using the included countersunk M4 bolts with 10Nm torque.
- If stiffener is desired, add a drop of threadlocker compound to the M6 allen head bolts. Then, install the stiffener on the brace, ideally on the bottom side for easier removal in the future.
- Remove the M12 bolts on the front of the lower control arms
- Place the included spacer & bracket on the mounting location such that the spacer sits between the bracket and the subframe
. 
- Tighten the included M12 bolt to the lower arm to specified torque of 70Nm + 90degrees
That's it. You're now ready to enjoy the benefits of the brace.
